Shumatt Diesel offers heavy-duty injectors remanufactured in our state-of-the-art injector lab. We offer remanufactured Cummins fuel injectors for N-14, M11, ISX, and ISM. Each injector is completely disassembled and ultrasonically cleaned. The remanufacturing process involves a complete disassembly and a thorough ultrasonic cleanse. Injectors are tested on the newest machinery that checks air gauged for tip seat leakage, valve operation, plunger and barrel leakage, and timing plunger operation. Each injector is completely disassembled and ultrasonically cleaned. All mating surfaces lapped Nozzles extrude honed for precision flow matching Valve lift and travel set to OE specifications Each injector is individually tested on test benches with reliable delivery, response time, and peak injection pressures to OE specifications.

 Return/Restocking Fee Policy

All returns are at the discretion of Shumatt Diesel. No returns are accepted without the prior approval of Shumatt Diesel.

Any item may be returned within 30 days as long as it is in new condition and in the original packaging. A restocking fee equal to 25% of the purchase price will be applied, and any shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.

نعرف أن الأمور لا تجري حسب الخطة أحيانا. فإذا كنت غير مقتنع بالمنتج، يمكن لفريقنا مساعدتك على إرجاع البضائع أو الاسترداد، حيث يمكنك التواصل معهم  للاستشارة عن عملية الإرجاع والاسترداد. أما شروط الإرجاع والاسترداد فكما في الآتي:


الإرجاع

لديك 30 يوما طبيعيا لإرجاع مجموعة بضائعك بدءا من اليوم الذي استلمت فيه البضائع. من أجل النجاح في الإرجاع، يرجي أن تكون مجموعة بضائعك تشترط بالشروط التالية:

1. أن تكون غير مستخدمة وبنفس الحالة التي استلمتها.

2. أن تكون كل قطع غيار مرجعة معا.

3. إظهار الفاتورة أو دليل الدفع لنا، إذا تمت عملية الدفع مع الجانب الوسيط.

 4. من أجل حماية كل العملاء وضمان اكتمال كل عمليات الإرجاع أو الاستبدال بشكل عادل، قد يلغي موقع شومات طلبك للإرجاع أو الاستبدال في بعض الأحوال، مثل:

    (1) أن يكون المنتج مشوها.

    (2) أن يكون المنتج مفقود ملصقات.

    (3) أن يكون المنتج مفقود بعض قطع الغيارأو قد تعرض للتلف.


يرجي التواصل مع إدارة موقع شومات قبل الإرجاع. وأما رسوم البريد فيتحمله العملاء.

 

الاسترداد

سنقوم بفحص المنتج المرجع وبإفادتك بأننا قد استلمنا مجموعة بضائعك بمجرد الاستلام. وبعد ذلك، سنفيدك علما بحالة طلبك للاسترداد. وإذا كان طلبك للاسترداد يلائم الشروط، نقوم برد المبلغ إلى بطاقة الائتمان الخاصة بك أو إلى الحساب الأصلي الذي تم بواسطته الدفع. وأما موعد استلام المبلغ فيكون حسب سياسة الائتمان في مكان إصدارها. وعادة ما يتم استلام النبلغ فيما بين 3 و 5 أيام للعمل.
