Shumatt Diesel offers heavy-duty injectors remanufactured in our state-of-the-art injector lab. We offer remanufactured Cummins fuel injectors for N-14, M11, ISX, and ISM. Each injector is completely disassembled and ultrasonically cleaned. The remanufacturing process involves a complete disassembly and a thorough ultrasonic cleanse. Injectors are tested on the newest machinery that checks air gauged for tip seat leakage, valve operation, plunger and barrel leakage, and timing plunger operation. Each injector is completely disassembled and ultrasonically cleaned. All mating surfaces lapped Nozzles extrude honed for precision flow matching Valve lift and travel set to OE specifications Each injector is individually tested on test benches with reliable delivery, response time, and peak injection pressures to OE specifications.
